Restore purchase for Notewise Unlimited
Sync your Notewise Unlimited subscription by using the Restore Purchase button while signed into the same Apple ID or Google Play account used for the original transaction.
Before You Begin
Update the app: Make sure youโre using the latest version of Notewise.
Avoid reinstalling: Uninstalling and reinstalling may cause data loss unless youโre using Notewise Cloud (Learn more).
Platform notice: Notewise Unlimited cannot be shared between Android and iOS devices. Purchases are platform-specific.
Android Users โ Google Play Purchase
If you purchased Notewise Unlimited through Google Play, your subscription is linked to your Google Play account. Notewise automatically syncs your purchase details from Google Play.
If Unlimited isnโt showing after purchase, tap Restore Purchase on the Unlimited purchase page (See the screenshot below for guidance).
If the issue persists:
Verify that the Google Play Store app is signed in with the account used for the purchase.
Open Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon in the top right.
Go to Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history or Purchase history.
Confirm that the Notewise Unlimited purchase appears under that Google account.
If the purchase does not appear there, it may have been made with a different Google account. Please switch to other Google accounts on your device and check their purchase history.
If you have multiple Google Play accounts on your device
If multiple Google accounts are signed in on your Android device, Google Play may not fetch the correct purchase record. This can prevent Notewise from restoring Unlimited even when the purchase is valid.
Please try the following:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon in the top right.
Check whether multiple Google accounts are listed.
Sign out of all Google Play accounts except the one used to purchase Notewise Unlimited.
Restart your device.
Open Notewise.
Tap Restore Purchase again on the Unlimited purchase page.
This step may help Google Play return the correct purchase record to Notewise. In the referenced support case, the user restored access successfully after removing the other non-purchase Google accounts and trying Restore Purchase again.

Clear Google Play Store cache and data
If Restore Purchase still does not work:
Close the Notewise app.
On your device, go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage.
Tap Clear data and Clear cache for Google Play Store.
Do not clear Notewise data unless instructed, as this may affect local notes.Restart your device.
Open Google Play Store and confirm youโre signed in with the correct purchase account.
Open Notewise and tap Restore Purchase again.
If the purchase still cannot be restored, please contact Google Play Support to confirm which Google account was used for the original purchase.
