What happens when my Notewise Cloud subscription expires?
Learn what happens to your cloud-stored notes and how the 30-day recovery grace period works when your subscription ends.
When your Notewise Cloud subscription expires, you temporarily lose access to your cloud-stored notes inside the app. Your data remains securely stored during a 30-day grace period, and we will send you a reminder email when the subscription ends.
If you renew within the 30-day grace period, your access will be restored and your cloud notes will become available again.
If you do not renew by the end of the 30-day grace period, your cloud-stored notes will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Note: We strongly recommend exporting any important notes before your subscription expires to avoid potential data loss.
