When your Notewise Cloud subscription expires, you will temporarily lose access to your cloud-stored notes within the app. However, your data will remain securely stored on our servers during a 14-day grace period. We’ll also send you a reminder email when your subscription ends.
If you re-subscribe within this 14-day window, your access will be fully restored and your notes will become available again as before.
If you do not re-subscribe by the end of the grace period, your cloud-stored notes will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
⚠️ We strongly recommend exporting all your notes before your subscription expires to avoid any potential data loss.
