Request data and account deletion

If you have Notewise Cloud, your account and cloud data are permanently deleted 30 days after the subscription expires without renewal.

At Notewise, we value your privacy and respect your decision to remove your data from our systems. The process depends on whether you use Notewise Cloud.

For Non-Cloud Users

If you use the free version of Notewise or Notewise Unlimited without a Cloud subscription, your data is stored locally on your device. We do not store that local-only data on our servers, so there is no server-side account deletion request to process.

For Notewise Cloud Subscribers

If you have or had a Notewise Cloud subscription, your account and cloud data remain recoverable for 30 days after the subscription expires.

  1. Cancel your Notewise Cloud subscription through the platform where you subscribed.
  2. Wait for the subscription to expire. Once it expires, the 30-day grace period begins.
  3. If you do not renew within those 30 days, your account and all associated cloud data will be permanently deleted.

Account deletion is irreversible. Export any important notes before the subscription expires or before the 30-day grace period ends.
