Learn how to share your device bug or crash report with Notewise Support to help us troubleshoot app crashes, freezing, or app-not-responding issues.

If Notewise is crashing, freezing, or becoming unresponsive, the Notewise Support team might ask you to share your device crash report. This gives us more technical details about what happened and helps us investigate the issue faster.

Step-by-Step Instructions

For iPhones & iPads

  1. Open your deviceโ€™s Settings app.

  2. Search for Analytics & Improvements. (You can also refer to Appleโ€™s official guide here: https://support.apple.com/en-sg/108971)

  3. Tap Analytics Data.

  4. In the list of reports, look for files that start with or contain Notewise or notewise.

  5. Download or share the relevant report files, then send them to Notewise Support.

For Android

Android bug reports can vary depending on your device model and Android version. Please follow Androidโ€™s official guide to generate and share a bug report: https://developer.android.com/studio/debug/bug-report

Share with Notewise Support

After generating the bug report, please send it to Notewise Support so we can investigate the crash, freezing, or app-not-responding issue.

If the report is large, consider uploading it to a cloud storage service such as Google Drive, then share a publicly accessible link with us.
