How does Notewise Cloud handle incomplete uploads?
Incomplete uploads older than 14 days are removed as corrupted data, and these incomplete uploads do not count toward your storage usage.
Notewise Cloud regularly removes unnecessary or unusable upload fragments to maintain data integrity. Incomplete uploads do not count toward your storage usage. If a note upload remains incomplete for more than 14 days, we treat it as corrupted and remove it automatically.
To ensure your data remains intact, complete any pending Notewise Cloud uploads at least once every 14 days. If your sync status indicates "Notewise Cloud is up to date," all uploaded data has already been stored successfully.
To verify your sync status, tap the Cloud icon on the home page. This icon always reflects the latest Notewise Cloud synchronization status.
