Go to feedback.notewise.dev and tap the chat button at the bottom right (sign in required).
Our AI support can answer most questions instantly and will escalate to our team if needed.

3. Feature Requests

Submit feature requests at feedback.notewise.dev.
All suggestions are tracked thereβ€”no need to email.

4. Email Support

We aim to respond within 3 business days (may vary depending on workload).

To help us assist you faster, please include:

  • Your Notewise Cloud account email (especially for cloud-related issues)

  • App version
